Shipment processing time

All orders are custom made on demand and will be fulfilled within 10 days. 

Please, note: current fulfilment times now take longer due to Covid-19, as our fulfillment team practices extra safety measures. Current fulfillment times can reach up to 20 days on certain products. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email info@beextra.store

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost of shipping depends on the customer's location and order weight. We use flat rates for shipping across the US and Internationally.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, current delivery times may take longer.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the case.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
